Delete your Vertica account

Vertica is operated by Fomfilms International.

You can ask us to delete your Vertica account and the personal information linked to it at any time. It takes three steps.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to hello@verticatv.com with the subject Delete my Vertica account.
2. Send it from the email address you used to register, so we can confirm the account is yours. If you use a different address, tell us the registered one and we may ask you to confirm it.
3. We will confirm by reply and complete the deletion within a reasonable time, normally within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your profile, display name and sign-in details.
• Your watch history, saved and liked titles, and unlocked episodes.
• Your coin balance and any unused coins. Coins have no cash value and cannot be refunded after deletion.
• Your device notification token.
• For creators: your creator profile, application, and bank details entered for payouts. Titles you published are removed from Vertica unless we agree otherwise with you in writing.

What we may keep

Records of payments, earnings and payouts are kept for as long as accounting, tax or the law require, and information needed to resolve disputes or prevent fraud. Where we keep it, it is separated from your profile and used only for those purposes.
